2. Before you contact us

  • Make sure the iPhone app and Mac Host app are updated to the latest available version.
  • Confirm that your iPhone and Mac are on the same local network when using the standard pairing flow.
  • Check required permissions such as Local Network on iPhone, and Screen Recording plus Accessibility on Mac.
  • Restart both apps after changing permissions or network environment.

3. Common setup checks

  • Open the Mac Host app first, then display the pairing QR code on the Mac.
  • If reconnecting from Saved Macs fails, verify that you are connecting to the same trusted Mac and network path.
  • If the live view is blank or delayed, check Mac capture permissions and local network stability.
  • If keyboard or shortcut actions do not work, review Accessibility permissions on the Mac host.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Subscription purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple. Use the in-app Restore purchases action if your entitlement does not appear after reinstalling or changing devices.

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.
  • RevenueCat may be used to validate purchases and synchronize entitlements.
  • See the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for additional details.
